Irish music session at Kayotea tonight 6 - 8 p.m.
There will be an Irish music session at Kayotea Tea Room and Bistro in Columbia this evening. Kayotea is on Broadway between Ninth and Tenth Streets -- directly across from KOPN. Great atmosphere, great edibles and drinkables! No cover charge.

Central MO Celtic Arts Association has two open positions on the board of directors. We're looking for enthusiastic folks who are desire to be involved in planning and executing Celtic arts events such as concerts, the summer arts program and new endeavors. Sean-nós (old style) singing and dance workshops
This year's guests include singers Éilís Ní Shúilleabháin from Cúil Aodha, Co. Cork and Virginia Stevens-Blankenhorn from Detroit, Michigan along with sean-nós dancers Maldon Meehan and Ronan Regan from Galway city. Sean Williams from Evergreen State College in Washington--a friend of the late Joe Heaney as well as a noted scholar--will be our keynote speaker. Other fantastic performers to be announced soon.
